These terms govern your use of AINE (aine.cam and join.aine.cam), an event memory platform operated from Singapore under NXTLYFE and available to hosts and guests worldwide. By creating an event or joining one as a guest, you agree to them; using AINE is always your choice, and these terms plus our Privacy Policy describe exactly what that choice involves.
AINE lets event guests capture photos and videos in their browser and gives hosts a live album, a venue slideshow, AI curation and highlight films, and delivery of personal galleries. We work hard to be reliable on the nights that matter, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable: bulk download is built in.
You are responsible for telling your guests that photos and videos will be captured and shared with you and on the event slideshow, and for having the right to do so at your venue. You control moderation; content you approve is your call. You must not use AINE for events involving unlawful content or activity.
Capture only what the event would welcome. No unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, and nothing you lack the right to share. Hosts and AINE may remove any capture. Rate limits and capture caps apply and are enforced server side.
You keep every right you have in the photos and videos you capture. You grant us only the licence needed to operate AINE: storing, processing, thumbnailing, curating, and displaying your media within the event experience and its deliverables. The AINE name, logo, and software remain ours.
The Free tier is free. Paid tiers are activated on confirmation with our team and, once online checkout launches, by card. Fees are for the event as described at purchase and are refundable in full if we fail to deliver the core service for your event.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the event concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using AINE and delete your events at any time. We may suspend accounts or events that break these terms, with notice where practicable. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without depriving you of protections that the mandatory consumer laws of your own country give you.
